Website & Product Terms

These terms describe the public Infinity Business Assistant website and the general product model. A signed proposal, order form or service agreement may contain additional commercial and operational terms for a specific customer.

Product model

Infinity Business Assistant is offered as a managed SaaS product. InfinitySeed Group retains the product intellectual property, source code, backend architecture, APIs, product updates and managed infrastructure unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Setup, subscription and modules

Customer access may include a one-time setup, a recurring subscription and optional modules or Vertical Packs. Exact scope, limits, integrations, support and pricing are defined in the applicable commercial proposal or agreement.

Public demo

The public interactive demo is synthetic and is provided to demonstrate product concepts. Its appointments, inventory, suppliers, approvals, work orders and other operational values are not real business records and must not be treated as such.

Authorised actions

IBA can be configured to read information, suggest actions, prepare actions and execute authorised actions. Purchases, payments, deletion, tax-related operations and other sensitive actions remain subject to permissions and any required human confirmation.

Finance preparation

Finance features are intended to organise operational and pre-accounting information for review. Infinity Business Assistant does not claim to replace a certified accountant, tax adviser or other regulated professional.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another tenant, bypass permissions, misuse integrations, upload unlawful content, compromise security controls or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
